Worth a try. My normal method is to listen to some headbanging metal. But that’s not so useful when the goal is to get some sleep and I’ve got a horrible tune stuck in my head. ---

Hmm. The end of the article has a helpful list of what they say are _“some of the easiest songs to get stuck in your head.”_ “She Loves You” by the Beatles appears on that list _twice._ I wonder if The Telegraph is trying to pull something on us here…
