Debunk (or bunk) this claim about Paul Ryan's plan

Ron Wyden doesn’t think he and Ryan came up with a compromise plan. Or rather, he says he and Ryan co-wrote a policy paper, but it’s not an actual piece of legislation and it’s not the same as the plan Ryan currently says he’s supporting.

That’s because Wyden backed off under pressure, much as Robert Bennet did when he signed onto a bipartisan plan a few years back.

But it still remains Ryan’s current plan.
