Has the vast collective ‘doper iq’ reached a collective decision?

Personally I hope not, I’d prefer collecting your personal decisions as a bit like shepherding cats.

Anyway… Tell me about Haliburton’s responsibility in the events or not.

These events are some of the few occasions on which I’ve seen a rabble rousing Anglo-phobic reaction from 1600 Penn Av. Disturbing.
