# Default subscription with each new post?

Another board I frequent defaults to “instant email notification” when anyone opens a new thread. This is a good thing for an absent-minded old fart like me. 😕  
Is there some way I can enable this feature in my profile?  
Now I gotta remember to click “instant. etc”

You mean when anyone posts to a thread you’ve posted to? If so, open your user CP, click Edit Options and it’s in the second box down.

That’s actually the vB default, we turned it off as it was more annoying to people to have to uncheck each time. This works better for us.
