No…that’s a different project, similar result. I’m assuming the Navy’s project is using traditional power sources in their lab, probably connection to the electric grid and the sea trial is probably using either special generators they brought onto the ship for the trial. The article you link makes it clear it’s unrelated to the Navy group, different scientists, different research organizations etc.
