It seems that every spring I get some cave crickets in my house. Not an all out invasion, but they are really disgusting, nasty things. Is there anything (preferably a natural substance) I can spray or place in or around my house to keep them away?

For example, I had a problem with deer in the yard a couple years ago, but some peppermint spray around the edge of the back yard fixed the problem pretty well. Is there anything equivalent for cave crickets?
