# Deferred: 451 qq temporary problem

Has anyone ever seen the error in the title? People sending email from AOL to my exchange server occasionally get this error. I can’t seem to find it referenced anywhere and its hard to identify where the error is coming from. I have a Double Check anti-spam server sitting in front of the exchange server but I don’t see that error listed on their support site. Anyone run into this before?
