Whuh? They’re doing a SEQUEL to Dark Crystal? That’s all kinds of wrong. May the film fall into release limbo, and gather dust indefinitely on the back shelf of a vault somewhere. Please. Won’t be the same without Jim Henson anyways. **Pie** , that’s an amazing story. Those two look like peas in a pod - it must be strange to meet your own child, all grown up, and look at a younger version of you. Looks like TVMan is taking it in stride, though. **Vundie** , I’ll be sending some good thoughts of not blowing away in your general direction. Be safe. So today is my Firday. YAY! Tomorrow I go complete the registration/release/safety video stuff for the 60K walk this weekend, and then head home to pack up my bag and get some rest before the big event. I opted to take Monday off for recovery purposes, since I’m not sure what shape I’ll be in afterwards (I’ve been slacking on training this year due to lack of time). Speaking of which… is anyone signed up for next week’s MMP? If not, I think I’d like to pop my cherry and regale you all with stories about the weekend. ---

I am here with pie Sweet strawberry-rhubarb pie You can’t have any (Never touch another man’s rhubarb.) **Beebs** , you magnificent bastard, where have you been, hmm? And no excuses this time, taking over a country only takes so long, y’know – and anyway you tried that one already and Lichtenstein is still there. **Spaz** - They’re making a sequel to The Dark Crystal? After – what is it? 26 years? And it has continuity problems? Sounds like Hollywood’s typical out-of-ideas dreck. Did you read the synopsis? “An evil mysterious girl named Thurma made of fire who lives in the blazing center of the planet steals a shard of the crystal in hopes of reigniting the dying sun! There is only one thing powerful enough to heal the star - a shard of the crystal.” Uh … wait. Is she evil or is she good? Is reigniting the sun bad? Do they not want her to do that? Is stealing a shard of the crystal-that-was-supposed-to-be-healed bad? I’m confused. **Smarty** - Danke schoen. It was a nice trip, and I think I got pics of pretty much everything I wanted to, but next time, we bring the real camera. 🙂 **Swampus** - I think things have settled down a bit with the board – musta gotten rid of that lazy bum hamster that was sleeping on the wheel. At least I hope. I posted that before I realized just how truly messed up things were, so I’m glad it managed to post successfully. Of course, then later on I couldn’t even get here. **Doggy** - Where was that taken? Back to the grind. ---

Morning. I have been having much trouble getting the dope to load, much less posting. I have finally succeeded. Welcome back **Beebs**! I left you a message before I knew you were back (see afore mentioned board loading trouble). Disregard if you wish. Gah. None of the coding buttons seem to be working. Must code manually, ugh. Or you can even write {b} and {/b} only with straight brackets around the part you want bolded… none of the three work? All three work for me. The smileys aren’t working unless I spell them, though. The ones on the right don’t workee and the ones in the uptop menu are doing the same thing as the colors, they don’t give me the dropdown. Pouties! ---

Just the board being zwonky, I guess. Eek! I didn’t realize Ike was on the same path as Hanna. I thought he was still too far out to acurately project. We’ll be here (and willing to have dinner) whenever you do come to town **Bobbio**. ---

Welcome back **dogma**! Wow it’s like old home week around here. Stuff seems to be workin’ right now. Reckon that’ll last? **BBBobbio** I answered your PM. Feel free to call, ok? Takin’ a little lunch break but soon to get down to work big time. See, this mornin’ I opted to go ahead and mow. It was pretty dry out and the temp was like 66 degrees. It was like Og himself predestined this mornin’ for mowin’! So, I did and then showered and got busy on the work pile. It’s just nice to have the yards all spiffed. Everybody in Hannah’s path stay safe! Ok, back to work. ---

Will someone please turn off the heat?? It was over 80 degrees last night at 11 PM. ick! Back to work - roasting meat for Her Majesty while ID creation processes cook on the servers. I just have to watch out that I don’t cook the programmers to medium-rare and give a password to the roast beef. ---
