Completely disagree. The husband, by his own words, is a narcissist: You picked a fine time to leave ME (not US); I’VE had some bad times. The only time he mentions her at all is to denigrate her. Nothing in the song says she’s bored or stepping out–she’s gone; tired of being mistreated by a self-centered jerk who makes no time for a wife and her needs. Sounds kind of damaged to me. ---

You don’t even know there are kids. That’s the kind of thing a jerk would say to another jerk to screw up his chances with her. Why isn’t hubby home feeding the kids if they’re so damn hungry? If there are kids, you don’t know what kind of despicable little shits they might be. ---
