My thread was for _King of the Hill_ fans. No, I didn’t think _every_ Doper had exposure to King of the Hill, but enough that my topic would be of interest to enough people. And my thread was originally posted in Cafe Society, but it was moved by a mod. Yeah, I guess I should’ve edited my post once it was moved to IMHO, because the tone changed from a pop culture topic to a general chat topic. But What Exit? already included “King of the Hill” in my title. ---

FWIW my annoyance is less with your OP than Snarky’s pissant comment. That said, I wasn’t a fan of the show but am familiar enough. The character name out of context would not immediately make me think of the show; in context of the show name I know who it is and what the pattern is, and had just thought earlier in the week that someone I interfaced with sounded just like “that character from King of the Hill”
