Despite the political rhetoric, Democrats are just as willing as Republicans to obstruct something they don’t like. Look at Keystone XL, for instance. ---

Every time that Republicans blame things like government shutdowns on President Obama, I believe them. It’s quite funny, actually watching Republicans say this shit. It’s like watching dumb kids lying to their parents. If the parents even _pretend_ to believe it, the dumb kid thinks he won something. It’s Obama’s shutdown? (De-funding) Oookay, it must be true, you said it out loud, after all. (And here is a napkin to wipe the crumbs from your face, sonny. Sure I believe you didn’t take those cookies…) ---

Also, now that it’s in the Pit, he’s less likely to see your post. You can send him a PM, but even then, a mod can take up to a day or so to get back to you. I’ll just ad that while I am of the mind that the moderation of the board leans left, I think Jonathan Chance has done one of the best jobs about being fair. As they say, he’s one of the good ones. 😃 ---
