# Depleted Uranium - the facts.

A guy I know was telling me about how DU is causing all sorts of birth defects in Iraq but the link he gave me as proof, well, leaves a lot to be desired in the impartiality stakes and also is short on facts.

I found this World Health Organisation website, but it only mentions that "No reproductive or developmental effects have been reported in humans. "

Does anyone know of any credible studies about the affect of DU, particularly on the foetus, that have been published online?
