There’s a mall there that tweets memes on X – or at least some guy tweets in the name of that mall. Some of it was close to the big fire a week or so back. It has a lot more folks than you’d think for a town that’s not heard of much. The town I live in is in a dry place with lots of sand. We have cool plants here – some have spikes. It has been farmed for a long, long time. Most spots on this land mass have not been farmed as long. We try to keep our skies dark so that the stars can be seen well. Our town name comes from a word in a tongue that folks used to speak here. Some still speak it, but it is much more rare. I’m near a made up line that stands for the end of one place and the start of a new place. ---
