I press buttons on a keyboard, and it makes the computer do stuff. Sometimes the computer does the thing I wanted it it to do, but other times I make a mistake and the computer does strange things that I didn’t expect it to do. ---

I study people in order to understand their deepest hopes, dreams, and fears, and use that knowledge to help companies convince those people to buy things that they probably don’t really need. ---

Before I retired, every single day I listened to multiple people bitch and moan about the same broken shit.
