I did notice his face was blurry in the dungeon scenes, like the camera was doing a rack focus. I wasn’t sure if that was added in post or they shot it that way deliberately.

I was confused at the end. Didn’t Gabby go over to Bree’s house so that Bree could help her out of the dress? Then they left Bree’s house together to go back to Gabby’s. The next scene has Gabby back at her house, still in her dress. What happened to Bree?

Bree said something about “let me finish this up” (whatever little handicraft thing Bree was working on when Gabby came in) “and I’ll be right over.” And Gabby responds not to take too long because Gabby’s had to pee since hors derves (I know that’s spelled wrong and I don’t care).

I’m amazed at how violent George is _after_ losing his virginity. Guess he grew some balls…

Me, I’m waiting for the showdown between Paul, George and Mike. Three killers in a room together… eating little sandwiches with the crusts cut off.

Yup yup, I have a few friends that wear 00 (about 5’2 or 5’3). Normally I would take the “omigawdthatssoskinny!” side of things, but they are actually pretty damn healthy- just very, naturally thin.

My understanding is that since clothing manufacturers are sizing up (meaning, what used to be a size 20 is now a size 14ish), people that wear “00” are equal to what used to be a 4. Size 00 had to be invented when size 0 ended up not being all that small anymore (well, according to some people, but I still think it is tiny). Something or another like that. 😛

> As for Gabrielle … c’mon, the pregnant woman falling down a staircase is so cliche’, couldn’t they come up with something more original?

When I was a toddler my mom lost a baby that way when she tripped at the top of the stairs while carrying laundry, so cliched or not, it can easily endanger if not end a pregnancy. ☹
If Dr. Goldfine is gone for good, it’ll be a shame. He’s one of the only normal people on the show.

> I heard she’s about 5’ 2", which is my height. When I was a size 2 (briefly), I was WAY TOO skinny. Maybe her bone structure is smaller than mine. She doesn’t look as skeletal as some celebs do. I can’t imagine what I would look like at a size 00.

She is a tiny gal to begin with, and she looks healthy. Teri Hatcher looks cadaverous by comparison.

No offense to anyone who has suffered such a fate. The reason I commented is that it’s a standard Soap Opera scenario. Basically, if a pregnant woman is anywhere near stairs she’s going to fall/get pushed down them and lose the baby. I think Desperate Housewives, as campy as they may try to be, could have come up with something more original.

I think so too.
