Developing allergies in later life? Argghh, chocolate!!!!

I developed what the doctor calls “a sensitivity” (short of a full-blown allergy) to zinc. Handling the stuff, especially if its rusting, causes the most amazing break-outs on my hands - small hard pimples that become really nasty blisters. So it happens.

You didn’t get the memo kambuckta? The one that requires atheists to kneel and pray for remission of the chocolate allergy?

I developed a gluten intolerance after an emotional upset about 10 years ago. Took me 5 years to get diagnosed and then another few years to get rid of it again.
