Okay, I e-mailed directions and my address to Grace and Aglarond. If anyone else wants directions just e-mail me and I’ll shoot 'em right over to you. Stopped by the Dallas farmer’s market this morning to buy tomatoes for the creole sauce. Man, it sure is different there early in the morning…not a soul was shopping except me. I guess the restaurant guys had already come and gone. I was like the dog in the cartoon who sees the redwood forest and goes around shrieking “Trees! Thousands and thousands of trees! And they’re ALLLLLLLLL MINE!!!” ---

I think we were trying to keep our lesbian tryst a secret. 😉 Anyhoo, I have 2 tickets and a blue parking pass for the Cowboys game on Sunday (noon). Well, it’s past two in the morning, the dining room is all set, the bread pudding is assembled and waiting to be popped in the oven, the creole sauce is simmering on the stove, the dishes are washed, and I am by God going to BED. I’m looking forward to tomorrow more than you folks could realize. I have always loved cooking for a big crowd… even though I make myself crazy in the days leading up to it, once everything’s done and I sit back, basking (hopefully) in the admiration of all… man, that’s sweet. ---

I was wondering if anyone knew who made the wine served at this party? It was a Gewurztraminer, but [eVineyard](http://www.evineyard.com/shop/product_list.asp?shop=varietal,10&shopfrom=bytype) showed different wineries. I remember someone saved the label so I was hoping he/she still had it. ---
