I got bored halfway through the thread. so I have no idea what we’re doing. Just assume I’ll be there and Grace can work it out. I may check back when my attention span increases. mmmmmm…bacon. ---

I have no plans for Halloween. I’ll probably just hand out candy to the kiddies in my neighborhood. **Zyada** , just let me know when you need help. I’ll come over to sweep and do whatever else you need done. Don’t let me near your dishwasher or I’ll take everything out and put it where I think it should go. And, as **Ziactrice** found out the other night, I’m very particular about how you load the machine. She started loading the dishwasher and I took the stuff out and rearranged them. I think I’m more like my mother than I originally thought. ---

Well, I’m putting a small haunted house together at work for employees’ kids on Halloween, so I won’t be good for much but handing out candy that night. I was just wondering what everyone else will be doing. ---

I don’t think we’ll mind a dirty house and if we do, part of the fun will be wondering if that moldy thing between the cushions is real or fake. It’s Halloween. We’re supposed to be frightened. ---

Well, given the babysitter and/or presence of kids, I’m thinking of starting the trickle-in about 2 PM. I’ll aim at getting the meat on the table around 4:30 or 5 PM, that way if I slide a little back, no one will starve. How is that for everyone? The hours are flexible. Especially since I’m no longer employed. Anyone around here who needs a B.S. ChE with an EIT certification, just tell me, okay? ---

bumpity bump bump bump! Hello Boys and Girls! shall we start planning our fete? Second Saturday in December. the fun starts at 6ish Me and mine shall be providing the main course (as of yet unknown. maybe a turkey and a roast?) so, since I know these things get mixed up unless I start deligating, here goes: we shall need: snacks (chips and such) salads side dishes desserts. please send me an e-mail and I will send you an invite with directions. Families are Welcome. just let me know how many kids so i can prepare something for them! And remember: At chez baboon, we don’t believe you’ve had enough to eat unless we have to roll you out. so come hungry! oh, and one last thing: shall we make it a white elephant exchange? if so, bring a ‘gift’ (ha!) wrapped up. ---

Just to be really clear on this… By “second Saturday in December”, do you really mean December 14? The original description was “second _weekend_ in December”, which could be confusing (at least for me) since there’s a split weekend at the end of November/beginning of December. And by the way, BUMP! ---
