Sounds like a good time and a good group. I haven’t made it to a doper dathering in probably a year, and it’ll be good to meet most of you (since I haven’t for the most part.)

Unfortunately, Saturday events are blastedly difficult for **Gunslinger** and I as the local newspaper owns his Sundays and we’d need to get back in time for him to get to sleep at a convenient hour. We’ll attempt the next gathering, though.

I’m sorry you and **Gunslinger** can’t make it. I’m looking forward to meeting y’all, but it IS a long trip.
But, a Saturday afternoon party is about the best one to try to make. They are usually in the evenings.

Your roommate is certainly welcome.
I think it’ll be better if everyone brings their own drinks. I’ll have some beer and cokes. And there’s a beer store about 3 blocks away. I’ll have some coolers and ice.
I’ll provide the meat and buns. Y’all bring side dishes, snacks, drinks, things like that or nothing at all.

A kegger probably would have been fun, but several don’t drink beer so we’d have to have other stuff anyway. There is usually a good variety of beers at these things.
