They put both copper and fiber in the basement when they constructed the building a few years ago, but never connected the copper. Anywhoo it took 2 1/2 years to get a Verizon tech to come to the building and perform 5 minutes of work, and now we have it. Went from 24k to 1500k. Surprisingly I’m still not the Quake God I envisioned myself to be over those lowbaud years, when I kept muttering to myself, “wait till I get DSL you mofos!” 😃 ---
