Hope the wife is better soon **CatDude**. Sorry to hear about the issues with MIL **ruble**. I’ll keep her in my thoughts and prayers. I’d cavort, but I’m afraid I’d pull or break some useful body part. 😃 Da cave is defilthyfied. YAY!!! OYKW will be here around one. He’s takin’ off this afternoon and Monday. YAY!!! Suddenly Bank of America doesn’t look so sucky. grrrrrrr On the other hand, so far, it’s looking like we’ll get some money back, since they withheld so much from my incentive pay. So there’s that. I am starting to actually understand the naming of chemical compounds. Now I just need to figure out Isotopic abundances and I can move on to the stuff we covered in class this week! WooHoo! I think I’m gonna start a fire too because it’s a tad chilly in here. But, the wood is all outside and I really don’t feel like bringing any in. One of my friends told me about [notesplus](http://notesplusapp.com/) last night at dinner. Now I desperately want an iPad so I don’t have to carry damn notebooks all the damn time. They get very heavy! I highly doubt I can convince Sweetie to buy me one and my mom is gonna give hers to my stepdad if and when the iPad 3 comes out. Phooey. I went all this time without wanting to jump on the iPad bandwagon and now that I am ready to leap, I have no money. ☹ ---

There’s green stuff in the yahd! I have already had what I consider to be a day’s worth of aggravation in about an hour and a half. Teh intartoobz was actin’ up. Ok, my ISP was actin’ up but seems to be ok. For now. One’s intartoobz should not act up first thing in the mornin’, especially when one had not yet had any caffiene. Not nice intartoobz! Here, and on Mr. Lissar’s blackberry, posting from hospital. We’re delivering on Wednesday aftrrnoon if everything goes okay until then, just waiting for 35 weeks and fewer preemie problems. The lady in the next bed is trying to keep her babies in, and is only 26 weeks, so I feel awful for complaining. I’m here, and Mahna Mahna is bringing me food this afternoon. The food at this hospital is seriously not edible. ---

It never ceases to amaze me how fast I turn off the alarm in the morning when the song playing is Elvis. Even the Partridge family didn’t get me to move that fast. That man was either glorious or painful - no middle ground at all. Sweetie is on day 3 of a high school basketball tournament so I’m alone again. Gonna go watch my best friend’s son play soccer and then drop off some more magnets at the trainer center. She’s paying me today ( I have no idea how much - I’m so disorganized, I don’t even know how many magnets I have made for her) and whatever money I get is gonna get put aside to buy me an iPad! Other than that, it’s back to the chemistry in the afternoon. I haven’t been drunk in over 5 years. I only did it twice and both times the hangovers lasted 3 days. It takes a good amount to get me there but once I’m there the repercussions are severe. ---
