I am looking for a comic strip about Teenage Dick and Dubya. It’s in color and used to run in SHOUT magazine (I think) in NYC. Dick is chubby and pimply, and Dubya wears headgear. I remember one where they are flipping Burgers in a fast food restaurant. Anyone know where I can find it online?

Well, if nobody knows, can someone point me towards a place where I can find out?
