# Did Arnold use a body double in T3?

In Terminator 3 Arnold was in great shape for someone pushing 60. Was that him or did they somehow computer generate it?

If you’re talking about the opening scene where he comes through the time travel portal butt naked, it was him. He worked out and hot back in shape just for that movie.

At the age and stage of his life now, he doesn’t have time to keep in perfect body-builder shape anymore. However, for the film, he worked like a madman to get into fighting trim. I don’t think he did all his stunts, but he was definitely stacked enough for the movie.

Even now, he’s got a little bit of a spare tire, but he looks pretty darn good for his age.
