From poking around on the net, it appears that 20 Minute Workout also carved up some of its content into shorts that showed on Showtime (don’t know about HBO). I’m at work so I can’t research to deep on this subject now, but I promise I will in the near future (no, really). ---

I’m glad Diogenes remembered the scene from 48 hours. I knew I has seen a movie where a character noticed Aerobicise on TV but was fuzzy on the details. I thought it was an old man in a time travel movie, not Eddie Murphy. This has been gnawing at my brain since yesterday. ---

No, you did not! It was on Showtime. Don’t remember what it was called, but my young ex-ex-husband watched it ALL of the time. The girls who were doing it changed up a lot, but there were a few that were regulars. I know my husband had HIS favorites! I’ve shared a link I found. I thought the music was a little more sultry, but I DO remember the girls expressions. I know this is an old thread but I was just talking about this the other day with my current husband. Everyone in this thread just has the title of the show wrong. It’s _Jazzercise_, not _Aerobicize_. ---

FYI, both _Aerobicize_ and _20 Minute Workout_ were created by [Ron Harris.](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Harris_(photographer)#cite_note-0) A few years later, he would drop all pretense and produce a line of nude workout videos. ---
