Maybe I’m losing it, but in [this](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=129391) thread, started by **Yojimbo** and asking about a removed link, I could have sworn that the post after **JavaMaven1** (But before mine) was originally made by Ed Zotti. Was that the case? Was it replaced? Because today when I opened it, I see a brief post on how Ed had removed the link and why made by **TubaDiva**. I don’t remember it going like that at all. I remember **Java** making a statement I took issue with, and was trying to respond to, only to be interrupted by Ed’s reply that the link was removed for various reasons (Not that that was a bad thing, just that it made my post make less sense than if it had followed what I was responding to). When my comments posted, and I was brought back to the thread, I distinctly remember thinking, ‘Aww shoot. Now it looks like I’m taking issue with Ed, and not **Java**. Dammit, one of these days my posts will come in on time’. There was that aspect that made me notice who posted before me, and the other aspect that, obviously, whenever Ed makes a post around here, you usually take notice of it (As I did). But today, like I said above, it’s different. It has **Tuba** responding to the OP and Ed’s response after mine. Again, I don’t remember it happening like that at all. Am I losing it, or did it really change? ---

You’re losing it. The post after JavaMaven1 was by TubaDiva. I know because I looked at the thread before you posted in it. ---

Perhaps your memory is tricking you based on what you saw in the original ATMB thread (that was the subject of the pit thread) went; Ed did respond in that one.
