Also appropriate to the discussion is [National Command Authority](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Command_Authority) (NCA), the “ultimate lawful source of military orders.” If The Unit on CBS (produced by an ex-Delta Force operator) taught me anything, teams like that are answerable “only to the president”. Not sure how true that is in reality. ---

The “what if Obama is fake” could be on _South Park_ (as, in that universe, he is fake [and so is McCain]), and the badass Obama could easily be Peter misremembering history on _Family Guy_ (only coming out six months later, of course).
