I don’t think there is any way this could have been unitentional. Not possible. Even if a staffer actually created it, Arnold still “endorsed” it through his veto. If he himself created it, that just makes it better. In fact, I prefer to think he did this on his own. He is more clever than people give him credit for. ---

With the Oratory in the background, it has to be the Mt. Royal cemetery and if I can only triangulate on the apartment building to the left and use that it appears close to the road, I might just find it. Will post if I do. ---
