# Did somebody change the Main page?

Did somebody change something on the Main page?

Seems like there is a whole lot more descriptive text about each of the sub-forums on the site. This spaces out the entries, and makes the page much longer. So you have to scroll down about 5 or 6 screens’ worth to get to something toward the end, like the BBQ Pit.

Why was this done?  
I certainly don’t like it.

I don’t see any extra text beyond what has always been there. GQ says “Got a factual question for the Teeming Millions (and possibly Cecil) to consider? Post it here” for example. And I don’t have to scroll very far to reach the Pit…

Did you accidentally make the text larger? That happened recently with someone else.

Maybe. Reducing the text size does make it more like I remember.
