I got the email advising me that someone has a cruch on me, so of course I put my boyfriend on MY crush list, and he thought that was great… BUT he wasnt the one who started it all like I thought. Which brings me back to d’oh! Who has the crush on me? ---

Ummm I didn’t put you on my crush list but three people put me on their crush lists…come on fess up…( and there is somebody else who has a crush on me but I don’t know if I’m on her list 😉 ) Keith ---

Well, it wasn’t me (sorry to disappointed :D), but there have been a couple of threads about this before. I had this happen, and the way the site works is that you enter in a bunch of names to get a hint. You’ve then got to sign up for various other sites to get more hints. If you don’t, then whoever you entered in will get an e-mail saying that someone has a crush on them. The site seems a little scam-ish in that way. ---

I almost sent one of these things to a guy I had a crush on about three years ago-- it was a different site, though. Given how the thing seems to snowball I’m glad I didn’t! Oh, that, and he was a jerk. ---

How YOU doin’? I knew there was a Doper I’d forgotten to add last night. And now I’m at work, where the crushlink site is blocked. In addition to assorted Dopers I added the redhead who so cruelly shot me down a few months ago; what the heck, maybe she’ll have a change of heart? And one of my ex-girlfriends, just to mess with her mind. The site reminds me a little of Six Degrees, with the difference that it’s not needlessly complicated and slow-to-load. ---
