# Did that tool ever get identified?

Many months ago, and I wish I could remember who, posted pics and a description about a tool that he could not identify. This was in GQ IIRC.

It was a pliers type tool, and it was speculated that it might spread something apart and then close. He also posted it on other boards with no luck.

I am having trouble with search, and would appreciate if someone could give an update, as it was a very entertaining thread. Apologies for the lack of info.

Just wanted to stop in and say that thread, when featured on Threadspotting, was the first I ever read. And a month or so ago when I tried to find what had become of it, I couldn’t, so I am now complete.
