# Did the Clinton and Lewinsky cigar episode really happen?

Yes, but in House of Cards,

the couple leads separate sex lives, more or less, and Frank Underwood trends gay-leaning bisexual. His fucking Zoe was a strategic move, not an indulgence of his sexual desires.

Only this season. Before that, while he acknowledged having homosexual tendencies back in season 1, he stated outright they were youthful experimentation, not his actual preference.
