If you did, what time did the service start? How long did it last? What was the message of today’s sermon? I’m just curious, is all. ---

Nope. However, if I HAD attended, it would have started at 11am and been over no later than 12:15. Our priest likes to zip through the Mass… he’s a rather… portly fellow and looks forward to lunch! LOL 😉 ---

Huh. If I wanted to do a poll, I’d have made one. I didn’t. I am not seeking opinions. It was a factual question. Did you? How long? What was the message? Of course that’s just my opinion, I’m just the OP, what the hell do I know? ---

Yes. 8:30 Mass. I usually go to 5 on Saturday but wasn’t able to yesterday. The Gospel was the story of losing a sheep and leaving the 99 you had to find the lost one, losing a coin and sweeping the house to find it, and the prodigal son ( long Gospel today). The homily was about forgiveness. The service lasted about an hour. ---

I didn’t go to church this today, but I will be holding Circle here later. See, I finally got an apartment (!), and today is Moving Day, to be followed by a House Blessing. So the topic of the “sermon” will be Making a Space Your Own With The Help Of Family and Friends. 😃 ---

I usually do, but I decided to stay home today. We are having a Cardinals kickoff party and I figured I’d better stay home and make sure everything is cleaned up and ready to go. Would have been at 11AM. The service usually runs until 12:15 or 12:30. I’ll listen to the sermon when it is posted on the church website and report back on what it covered.
