I make my own fresh pasta. You can’t make good pasta without semolina flour.
I buy semolina flour from the Bob’s Red Mill collection at Festival. One day there was no more, and the slot it had been in was filled with another bread mixer mix (they already had another couple types of them) That looked to me like they discontinued it.
So I spoke up at the checkout and the next time I went they had it again. Worked for me, I guess.
