# Did you guys know about Kindle First?

I make a point of checking the “Daily Deals” every day as well as the monthly deals, they frequently offer mainstream good books at a steep discount. I purchased \*\*\*Room \*\*\*by Emma Donoghue as a Daily Deal a few days ago and they offered up Stephen King’s \*\*\*11-23-63 \*\*\*on the anniversary of the Kennedy assassination. On another day they were offering Dennis Lehane novels for 2bucks each. I purchased Neal Stephenson’s \*\*\*Reamde \*\*\*and _ **Anathem** _ as monthly deals for 3bucks each, IIRC.

I miss the 99cent deals they used to have. Or if they still have them, they’re hidden from my eyes.
