# Difficult to Open Links with Internet Explorer

It has become difficult to open links using Internet Explorer 6. I have to click on Stop then click on Refresh to get links to open. This is really annoying at [Fark.com](http://Fark.com). I am using Windows 98SE. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

My guess is an ISP problem. I would e-mail my ISP and let them know about it.
