# Digging my way to China

:dubious: Here’s one that will not leave me alone! Someone help me, please! Suspend your knowledge of geology, etc, for just a moment.
If I were digging my way to China and started in my back yard garden with a shovel, would I emerge feet first or head first? If I emerged in Bejing head first, at what point in the planet did I turn around from feet first, the way I started?
Someone please straighten this out for me!
