# Dildo appearances

I’ve noticed lately that most of the dildoes I see depict a circumcised penis. My ? is, why? Is it because I’m in America, and most American are circumcised?

The dildo that Rammstein uses in their stage show is circumcised…and they’re German.
In fact, now that you mention it, I’ve never ever seen an uncircumcised dildo!

It most likely because it’s easier to make them that way. I saw a long time ago in an adult product catalog, a dildo with “working” latex foreskin. It’s also been my experience that most women prefer a circumcised man.

First, because when fully erect the foreskin rolls back and looks pretty much the same anyway.

That photo clearly shows why “uncircumsized” dildos are rare.

I think they are more attractive cut as well, but I might not think so if I were from a society where circumcision wasn’t the norm.
That dildo was creepy, Ned. I guess they will make a dildo look like anything these days:

A fully erect penis looks the same whether it is circumcised or uncircumcised. It is only in the flaccid state that they look different.

Yup. I prefer uncircumcised penises, and was delighted to find out that my boyfriend is ‘natural.’
That ‘working foreskin’ dildo is just stupid–doesn’t look anything like the real thing! I’ve seen some lifesize Roman terracotta phalluses that looked as if the foreskin was still down.

As for the OP, I would think it also came down to the manufacturing of said pleasure item 😉 The extra cost involved in the molding to ensure a “working” foreskin would add quite a bit to the cost. The dildo **Ned** linked was $75!! The most I’ve ever paid was $30.
Personally, I much prefer au natural. So much more play value 😃

I don’t think there are many men sitting around thinking of cutting their foreskins off. I would happen to guess more then 90% of circumsiced men/boys were circumsiced WITHOUT their consent.

Well Bak to the original question! I am thinking that the ratio is proportional to the actual facts.
10% Dildos = Normal Penis
90% Dildos = Circumcised Penis
10% Men = Normal Penis
90% Men = Circumcised Penis
Thats why most of them are cicumsiced!
