Orchid blossom. Edible, in the sense that it won’t kill ya, but not tasty. Nicer to look at than to eat. ---

I always eat at least part of any edible flower garnish . ---

All I know is that there are only two things that Nero Wolfe loved; food and orchids. And I never remember him eating an orchid. ---

That’s because courgette/zucchini flowers are delicious, especially stuffed with ricotta and fried in tempura. I grow nasturtiums for use in salads. ---

I purposefully let chives flower so the flower heads can be broken up and sprinkled on salads ---
