# Dinner Time (again)

Last night while I was slaving over a hot stove to make beef stroganoff, my husband sat out on the porch with wine and a cigar while the heat index was probably over a hundred. Predictably, he didn’t feel well enough to eat it when it was ready. 😑  
Oh well, he’s nursed me through many a self-inflicted illness. And now we have dinner for tonight!

I was feeling a bit klingonish that evening.

Keep in mind that was the temp I took them off the heat to let them rest, so it was actually a more medium rare than rare by the time I ate them. Probably around 130ish.
