Yeah…and the Italians bring wine too. The Germans bring beer. The English bring tea. The Russians bring vodka. Apparently, the only non-benign conquerors are the Austrians and the Turks. ---

C’mon, the Austrians bring Birneschnaps and some decent Ausleses. And the Turks bring belly-dancing, shisha and Turkish Delight. Not to mention Raki (Turkish version of Ouzo). I have some in the cabinet if anyone wants to try some. Be warned, it’s strong stuff. But nice with a splash of water on the rocks. ---

I think things have slowed down because of the longish time between turns. Once the GM starts decreasing the space between seasons, we’ll see more bantering. PS - France rules. All other kingdoms drool. Yeah! ---

Your kingdom for an edit? I think most everything to be said for the present year has been said. Hopefully there’s talk going on in e-mail. Here’s my odds list, in order of first death. Germany Austria Russia England Turkey Italy I’m not saying Italy or Turkey or England will win, just look most likely to have at least one space left at endgame. ---
