But I had to ask what you mean by the part I quoted: you seem to be implying Vancouver is full of Brits or Britishisms. Vancouver is about a million times more like Seattle than any British city. I looked over what I wrote and I see no basis for saying that I thought Vancouver\* is British like. None whatsoever. The “loss” is from _not filming in the UK_. - Now if they filmed in Victoria, at least it would _look_ like the UK. ---

Last time I checked Seattle was nowhere near the UK nor did it look anything like any place in the UK. Just admit you’re mad they didn’t film the books and let it go. ---

How was anyone supposed to interpret that as “they should have set it in the UK”? ---
