Sorta sounds to me like every business and government agency should go through their entire personnel roster looking for anyone who’s anti-vax. In and of itself that’s not disqualifying; it’s simply a (dumb) personal preference.

But if a careful psych eval uncovers evidence of Q-acquired-lunacy, then that person needs to be deprived of all responsibility, security access, etc. And any firearms. Perhaps they can safely be left to mind a 7-11 store, but they sure don’t belong in any position of respect or responsibility. Too detached from reality and too unpredictable.

The request for a vaccine exemption looks like Dunn was making a political objection, not a religious one.

Most antivaxers are not threats to commit violence. The further out their statements and actions get, the more they should be viewed as a potential threat.
