I got a All-in-wonder Radeon card tied to my 18" flat panel screen, and the TV sucks. I knew that the resolution was different, but in full screen, it looks like a streaming video more than TV.

Is this because the TV software sucks? If so, can you recommend a better one?

Is this because the monitor has a fixed resolution? If so, is there a “line doubling” program?
