I’ve eaten bison, which wasn’t on the list; though I don’t know that they’re exotic as they’re native to here. And you’re inside the car, but you’re probably outside the house. ---

Those are the domesticated ones, there are wild guinea pigs all over South America, in Argentina they are called “Cuises” , they are gray and way smarter than the domestic breed. ---

They couldn’t be much dumber. 😆 I was fond of my little herd of guinea pigs, but boy were they dumb. I’m not surprised to learn there are wild ones that are smarter. Wild turkeys are fairly bright, despite domestic ones being so dumb they can drown in a rain storm. ---

My mother was afraid of animals, and grudgingly let us have a cat, and later let my brother get a dog. But she once confided in me that the only pets she really liked were the guinea pigs. They lived in a cage (mostly) so they didn’t scare her, and they begged for food when she peeled vegetables. They were the only pets she actually interacted with, because she’d give them the vegetable peels and it made them deliriously happy. ---

I had rattlesnake once. Tasted like chicken. Not bad, but not nearly enough meat on way too many bones. I have yet to encounter any form of mammal liver that was not utterly disgusting, but bird-liver _pâté_ is delicious. ---

For “exercising,” I picked whatever my fitbit picks up as exercise (“zone minutes” or “active minutes” or whatever it’s called). Time spent working out is much, much less. ---

I am officially working out once a week with a fitness trainer, 60 minutes. How much exercise I get in the rest of the week varies. It’s not great but better than when I was doing nothing. ---

I get a whole lot of exercise in my work, and a fair amount in my daily life otherwise. I do almost no exercise for the sake of exercising. Didn’t vote.
