Wasn’t there a column that touched upon Disneyworld’s legal status? A recent news item reminded me of it:

I do remember reading such an article, think it covered people dying at Disney and did they have a morgue?

But I sure can’t find it. I did see a SDSAB column discussing if Walt Disney was a facist.

The part I remember but couldn’t find was something along the lines of Disney basically operates indoor roller coasters, something that would be impossible without special easements.
