I don’t know her songs but I have heard from a couple of adults who had to go along with their girls that she actually has a legitimately good voice. ---

All I know about her was from the Verizon (I think) commercial where she gets dumped on a desert road when the driver’s monthly bandwidth runs out. I learned that she’s young, hot, and she sings over a catchy beat. If somebody played 3 pop songs, one of which was from the commercial, I’d probably recognize it. Her other works? No clue. But I’m 100% absolutely sure she’s hot. 😃 ---

I saw an episode of SNL that she was on, but have no memory of any of the songs. (I’m so unhip that I don’t even know enough about Starbucks to be able to mock her name with other coffee sizes. Is the Vinte bigger or smaller than the Grande?) ---

No. I know quite a bit about Ariana herself, because I used to read a blog run by a person who, apart from the blog’s main subject, was a big fan of Ariana’s brother Frankie, and posted every detail of his life, including a lot of information about his sister. I eventually gave up that blog because it was impossible to read without being inundated with the equivalent of Keeping Up with the Grandes. But I’ve never heard her music. ---

I used to be with it, but then they changed what ‘it’ was, and now what I’m with isn’t it. I have heard of her, but I just listened to a few seconds of a few of her top songs on Spotify, and none of them rings a bell. ---

I’m really surprised that so many that answered the poll don’t know her songs. I’m a 50-something gal, and I will admit…I like her work. Sure, it’s pure pop music, carefully crafted to appeal to folks much younger than me, but I think she has an amazing voice. I’d be willing to bet that a lot of folks have heard one of her songs, but didn’t know who it was. ---

Yes, I heard her song “Dangerous Woman” just yesterday. She’s actually very talented. She can mimic a lot of voices and she was a good sport on SNL. She’s just young and has some maturing to do. I hope she’s doing okay after what happened. ---

Not with any certainty. I may have heard some but “female pop singer” is as much as I want to know about a wide swathe of music. Even songs that I like I often don’t know or care which artist sings it. ---
