I suppose you could start by eating people of many races from a group of people who wouldn’t be missed, like politicians or used-car salesmen. I’d avoid clowns, though, because they taste funny. But on a serious note: can you tell a difference in taste between different breeds of cattle? I honestly can’t for the most part, and people are much less genetically variegated than cattle. So I guess the answer would have to be “no.” ---

Back in the early 1970s, my dad was visiting the island of Kalimantan (or “Borneo”) in Indonesia. He met with tribal leaders from various parts of the island, including several Dayaks who had converted to Christianity. When my dad mentioned that he had spent the past 20 years working amongst Chinese, one old tribal leader’s eyes lit up and he got a weird look on his face. He then whispered to my dad’s interpreter: We have eaten Chinese, and they are better than pork! ---
