You know, it would be interesting to do an experiment where you have a female employer wearing those inserts (or get her own nipples up at attention, either way) then do job interviews with men and women; The reactions the applicants must have would be interesting/funny. ---

When I notice another woman’s, I don’t think much of anything other than she must be cold. But then I suffer from what I call PENS - Perpetually Erect Nipple Syndrome. It’s not all the time, but it doesn’t take much and I don’t notice when they are - don’t feel it. I try to wear padded bras, but I am already a C and don’t need the extra oomph from the pad. Mine can still produce a silouette through 3 layers - bra shirt and sweater. Since there isn’t much I can do about it, I just don’t think about it. If it shows, tough. I have done what I can - I am not using bandaids or tape as it would have to be there all the time. So that would be why I don’t care if another woman’s are showing. I don’t judge either - such as mine are cuter or something because beauty is in the eye of the beholder and for those who prefer mine, there others who prefer otherwise. ---

Yes, they are quite eye-pleasing. I am even lucky enough to have a wife that points out the offending nipples to me when we are in public (or on TV, for that matter). And I hate to point this out, but it’s not “headlights,” people! It’s “high beams”! 🙂 ---

Throughout the course of my life, it has gone something like early in the relationship they told me they loved it and it was a major factor in being attracted to me, but the longer they were with me, the more they’d tell me to try to do a better job hiding it in public. ---

I used to work with a very attractive large breasted girl who had that syndrome. I got a LOT of practice looking her in the eye against my will. I’m pretty good at it now, though in the back of my head, I’m still thinking, “Dang it, I’m missing the show!” ---

A very prescient thread. This morning I was in my car, stopped at a railroad crossing, and this very attractive, extremely well-proportioned girl walked past, with very obvious nipplage going on. In the interests of lechery - er I mean research for this thread - I ogled her subtly from behind my dark glasses, and she _rubbed them extensively_, presumably to make them go down. This action had the opposite effect on me.
