I read this, and immediately wondered about the IMs he sent during the floor vote. There can only be one conclusion: Mark Foley is Superman. He can be piss drunk one minute, and stone cold sober the next. ---

Which says to me that either the man has a remarkable ability to go from drunk to sober instantly or he’s lying about either only IMing while drunk or never pursuing official business while drunk. ---

Hence my conclusion regarding his Kryptonian heritage. ---
