Some anectodal evidence. My sisters are identical twins. One sister has a tiny bump on the top of her left ear, like a tiny little elf-nubbin. The other sister does not. So, despite their identical genomes, their ears are not identical. You can draw your own conclusions about other parts of their anatomy. ---
